All Black Legend 1957 – 1971 and 'A Good Bloke'
Colin Meads was not merely the most famous All Black of his era. The Te Kuiti sheep farmer personified a rugged rural masculinity that evoked a bygone era even in his playing days. Meads played 133 games for the All Blacks between 1957 and 1971, 55 Test Matches and the last four as captain. In 1999 he was given the title of “Player of the Century”.
On a background of artistic images of Sir Colin Meads in action, newspaper clippings and photos, tickets and a replica jersey from the era with a fully embroidered logo, this personally signed tribute is an outstanding item of collectible memorabilia. Career stats and title are screen printed on the inside of the glass.
