- Provide information for press releases, TV commercials, print adverts, radio campaigns, websites, EDM's and social media marketing
- Brief auctioneers, spotters, cashiers and volunteers
- Manage auctions on-site including set up and break down of auction displays and cashier desks
- Chase payments from auction winners when necessary
- Write and distribute thank you letters to auction item donors with sold prices and winning bidder details
